How does the point system work?

You get 1 point for every $1 you spend. For Every 20 points you've accumulated, you can redeem them for a $1 discount on your next purchase.

This is essentially a 5% rebate from us to thank you for your support!

How do I redeem my points?

Click on the bottom right red button and log in with your email account. Then click on the ways to redeem button to start turning your points into discount codes!

Will the points or discount code ever expire?

Your points balance and discount codes do not have an expiration date at this time.

Can I use multiple discount codes at the same time?

You can stack multiple fixed dollar amount discount codes (like $5 off, $10 off) on a single order. However, percentage based discount codes (like 10% off) cannot be combined or stacked with any other discounts.

Is there a minimum spend on the discount codes?

There is no minimum spend for fixed dollar amount discount codes (like $5 off). However, there is a $70 minimum spend on percentage discount codes (like 10% off).

How does the referral system work?

Spread the word and get rewarded! When you share your referral link, your friend immediately receives 10% off their first order. As soon as they make that initial purchase, we'll reward you with a 20% discount code delivered straight to your inbox!

If you do not see a "Get your 10% off coupon" banner on your friend's referral link, try to visit the link on desktop instead.

Can I send the referral link to anyone?

The referral discount only applies only to new customers who haven’t made a purchase with us before, determined by their email and delivery address.

My friend has used their 10% discount code but I've yet to receive my email

To ensure the benefits of this program are fair and shared with genuine first-time shoppers, we have a few simple checks in place to maintain its integrity.

Here are some checks it does

- The referrer and referee must have different names and emails
- The email used to make the purchase must be a first time customer
- The delivery address in the order must be new to our system
- The initial order must have been fully paid
